Crypto Architect (collectively “Crypto Architect,” “us,” “our,” or “we”) is committed to protecting the privacy of you, the user (“User,” “you,” or “your”). The categories of Personal Information we collect depend on whether you are a customer, user, applicant, or visitor, and the requirements of applicable law. We collect most of this Personal Information directly from you – in person, by telephone, text, or email and via our website. However, we may also collect information from publicly accessible sources (e.g. LinkedIn profiles); directly from a third party (with your consent if it is applicable); from cookies on our website. The Properties, Social Media, and Activities may contain links to other websites. Crypto Architect is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those other websites.
Crypto Architect may collect and use the following Personal Information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household, including but not limited to (collectively “Personal Information”): (1) contact information (e.g. your real name, alias, postal address, unique personal identifier, online identifier (including but not limited to Discord and Twitter usernames), Internet Protocol address, email address, account name, social security number, driver’s license number, passport number, images of you and anyone in images you provide or otherwise make accessible, avatars, or other similar identifiers); (2) any information or preferences provided by you in communications with Crypto Architect or any third party (electronic or otherwise) while accessing the Properties, Social Media, or Activities; (3) information that identifies, relates to, describes, or is capable of being associated with, a particular individual, including, but not limited to, a name, signature, social security number, physical characteristics or description, address, telephone number, passport number, driver’s license or state identification card number, insurance policy number, education, employment, employment history, bank account number, credit card number, debit card number, or any other financial information, medical information, or health insurance information: (4) commercial information (e.g. records of personal property, products or services purchased, obtained, or considered, or other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies); (5) internet or other electronic network activity information (e.g. browsing history, search history, and information regarding a consumer’s interaction with an Internet Web site, application, or advertisement); (6) geolocation data; (7) audio, electronic, visual, or similar information; (8) professional or employment-related information; and (9) inferences drawn from any of the information identified above to create a profile about a consumer reflecting the consumer’s preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes.
If you participate in a chatroom (or window), or discussion forum, or other sort of digital bulletin board hosted by the Properties (collectively “Communication Hubs”), you should be aware that the information disclosed and shared will be broadly available to third parties, both inside of and/or outside such locations, who have access to that Communication Hub (and to other third parties with whom such information is shared by such third parties). Some Communications Hubs have additional rules and conditions regarding participation, and each Communications Hub participant's expressed opinion is his or her own and should not be considered as reflecting the opinion of Crypto Architect.
Like many other website operators, Crypto Architect collects information that your browser sends whenever you visit the Site. This includes and is not limited to: your computer's Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, MAC address, Cookies, mobile carrier, mobile advertising and other unique identifiers, details about your browser, operating system or device, location information, Internet or mobile service provider, pages that you visit before, during and after accessing the Properties or Social Media, information about the links you click, and other information about how you access the Properties or Social Media (e.g. location, cookies, access times and dates, referring/exit pages, clickstream data, pages of the sites that you visit; the time spent on those pages or interacting with certain portions of the sites, information you search for on the sites) (collectively “Visit Information”). In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor, and analyze this.
In addition, for data collection, Crypto Architect uses files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier (“Cookies”). Cookies are sent to your browser from the Site and stored on your computer's hard drive. Crypto Architect may use Cookies to help it understand your browsing activity and traffic patterns on the Site in order to improve your experience. You can instruct your browser to refuse all Cookies or to indicate when a Cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept Cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Site.
We may also collect information from publicly accessible sources, from a third party with your consent, from cookies on our Properties; and via our IT systems, including automated monitoring of Properties and other technical systems, such as our computer networks and connections, communications systems, email, and instant messaging systems. Information we collect through these services may include your name, your user identification number, your username, location, gender, birth date, email address or other contact information, profile picture, activities such as test completion and results, and your contacts stored in that service. This supplemental information allows us to verify information that you have provided to us and to enhance our ability to provide you with information about our business, products, and services.
To the extent data not provided by you, we do not intentionally collect any sensitive data, such as information about ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data, data concerning health or sex life or sexual orientation (or anything of like nature), and we do not perform regular or systematic monitoring of your data on a large scale.

Crypto Architect uses Personal Information: to improve the Properties and create Activities and related content; to solicit your feedback; to provide you with our products and services (for the performance of any agreements with you or to take steps at your request before entering into an agreement); operational reasons, such as improving efficiency, training and quality control to provide you with information you request (for our legitimate interests or those of a third party, i.e. to be as efficient as we can so we can deliver the best service for you at the best price; marketing our products and services to existing and former customers, third parties who have previously expressed an interest in our products or services, and third parties with whom we have had no previous dealings (for our legitimate interests or those of a third party, i.e. to promote our business to existing and former customers. ); and in any other way we may describe when you provide Personal Information and for any other purpose with your consent.
As part of and when administering our promotional programs, we are entitled to share Personal Information with our third-party promotional and marketing partners including, but not limited to, businesses participating in our various programs, including referrals (“Referrals”).

We only allow our service providers to handle your Personal Information if we are satisfied that they take appropriate measures to protect your Personal Information.
